Raw Superfood Chia Porridge

This recipe creates 2-4 Servings. I create extra for the next night! If you can, please use all organic, non-GMO ingredients :)  This recipe is PACKED with protein, healthy fats, vitamins and nourishment!


  • 1/4 C Raw Chia Seeds
  • 2T Raw Goji Berries
  • 1T Incan berries
  • 2T Raw Nut Butter (Almond, Walnut, Macadamia)
  • 1 T Raw Honey
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 1tsp Maca (You can buy raw and slightly toast it for best result)
  • 1tsp Lucuma Powder

Soak chia seeds in 2 cups of water for 30 minutes. If there’s a little crunch, it needs more water. It’s very important for chia only to be eaten when soaked and expanded or they will expand in your tummy and soak up precious nutrients in your body. Place soaked chia on stove on the lowest temperature. Add honey, Cinnamon, Maca, Lucuma and stir. Pour in some of the hemp milk to desired consistency. Once warm, take off stove and pour in bowls to serve. Top with goji berries, incan berries nut butter, extra milk and enjoy!!

Raw Hemp Milk:

Pour 1 C of Raw Organic hemp seeds in the blender with 4 cups of water and blend. Add 1T raw honey, 5-10 drops of stevia for extra sweetness, a pinch of salt and blend again. Bam! No nut bag necessary. Chill and it’s ready to serve!
