Ireland Women’s Retreat
Where ancient rhythms, women’s hands, and the whispers of the land weave us back to belonging…
4 Day Fall Equinox Retreat ~ September 19th-22nd, 2025

This 4-day immersive retreat invites women to return to their natural rhythm and ancestral roots through sacred making and sisterhood.
Nourished by the scenic beauty and ancient landscape of Western Ireland, we’ll gather as our foremothers once did: with our hands, our hearts, and the threads of story, song, and silence between us. This is a call to revive and awaken the threads of your lineage and the wild fibers of what it means to be a woman.
The cultural demands of Western life often drive our natural life force into the mind and head, creating unrest, disconnection, and feelings of loneliness. Returning to our hands is a remedy, and the specific practice of spinning and weaving cultivates presence and brings peace to the feminine.

By those who remember, weaving was said to be gifted to women by the moon. It is a language of the feminine — a way we rhythmically create, intimately write, and hear the whispers of our intuitions. Whether or not we are able to directly access our ancestral heritage, the memory lives in our bones, in our blood. It is through this practice, complemented by circle and song, that the living matrilineal memory of our grandmothers can begin to stir and awaken within. This nourishment and connection is an essential balm in the time of modernity — one that nourishes our belonging, restores cultural identity, and connects us with our natural territories.
You’ll be guided through hands-on sessions in spinning, natural dyeing, and wool craft with local artisan elders, with land journeys to breathtaking landscapes and holy wells to experience quiet rituals, weaving circles, and time for reconnection to your natural self.

Your Retreat Host & Elder Guides

Bridget is an intuitive healer, international speaker, and author with a devoted following. She has led over 50 transformational retreats worldwide and is now hosting her fourth retreat in Ireland, connected to her ancestral roots. Bridget is passionate about gathering like-hearted women in natural, sacred settings described as “life-changing.”
For over a decade, she has focused on ancestral healing and awakening practices across cultures, engaging deeply with ancient traditions and communion with ancestors. This retreat marks a new evolutionary step: a soul-rooted gathering to strengthen cultural identities, foster empowerment, and offer nourishing, enlivening healing through the ancient handwork practices of our ancestors.
This retreat aims to honor the land and elder wisdom keepers who reside there. Through workshops, classes, and farm tours, we will learn from these women and elders to enrich our time together.

What if I don’t have Irish roots? All are warmly welcome—this retreat is for all women. Across every culture, women wove; it’s part of what connects us. By engaging with Irish traditions, you can awaken a spark of remembrance within your own lineage and ancestral memory.
Is knitting or weaving experience required? Not at all! No prior experience is needed. I’m a student of this process too — learning from our elders right alongside you. Testimonials
“If something about Ireland speaks and stirs within you…do not think twice about this one-of-a-kind experience! Bridget weaved a womb of pure magic as we traversed over land and sea. The itinerary was thoughtfully curated and the offerings were genuine and pure. Although I’ve always felt deeply connected with Nature…this retreat has bolstered my sense of knowing in an invaluable way.
I feel inspired to grow and foster deeper intimacy and reciprocity with Nature and Spirit. As an added bonus, the folks that are drawn to these retreats are absolute *gems* so if you’re looking for soulful connection with like-minded people…this is your scene! Thank you, dear Bridget and Mara, we are so grateful for these magical adventures! You two are “the real deal” and the space you hold is a precious gift. Can’t wait to join you again sometime soon!”
“I cannot say enough good things about Bridget’s retreats or about Bridget herself … Bridget is one of the most lovely, fun, playful, sweet, wise, & endearing souls that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her wisdom & balanced energy is a gift to be around. It would be a welcomed blessing to attend many more of her beautiful retreats, as they facilitate my spiritual growth, balance my energy, raise my vibration, & feed my soul in a multitude of ways.
“My time with Bridget on this retreat was life-changing. A diverse group of women from all over the world gathered with the intention of opening our hearts and connecting to the divine feminine within. Bridget led us on a magical journey that brought us together as a community creating a safe and powerful space for us to embody more of our goddess nature. By the end of the retreat, my body felt satiated, nurtured and rejuvenated.”
“In the end, the most significant things in life are the matters of the heart. And if we are really lucky, there comes a moment in which we face the deepest wounds, with open eyes and humility, in order to heal. Being able to attend the Ireland Journey was that kind of moment for me.
I can not imagine being more fortunate… To be assisted and guided by Bridget through the sacred spirits of the Irish forests and ocean, helped me reach clarity and balance. Blessings, I am forever grateful.“
“If you are fortunate enough to attend a retreat with Bridget, do it – for your body and for your soul.”
